Pull down menu not populating values such as Flows

Make sure you are Subscribed to Messenger Notifications in the Settings > Notifications section. If you do not see this option in your account, you already are though.

You can do two other things that should solve it:

• Go to Help on the lower left side of the menu and click the "Refresh Permissions" button;
• Do a hard refresh of the flowbuilder with CMD or CTRL + F5.

These actions solved it in 100% of the cases thusfar.
